At Bulk & Special Parts, we stand behind the quality of our inventory and offer a 30-day return window for most unused items in their original packaging. Whether you ordered the wrong specification or received a defective component, our team is here to ensure a smooth resolution.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal or contact our support team with your order number and part details to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original shipping containers, ensuring all bulk quantities are intact and the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Ship to Warehouse

  Send your package via a trackable shipping method to our central processing facility; please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the part is defective.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the parts meet our resale standards, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
